Job Summary
Whether they’re traveling near or far, our guests know when they stay at a TA hotel, they’ll be met by welcoming team members who deliver an outstanding guest experience. The Hotel Housekeeper is a key member of the hotel team responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Whether handling guest requests, stocking carts or cleaning rooms and public spaces, the Housekeeper ensures a great guest experience, so we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came.
Responsibilities- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc.
- Operate washers and dryers according to hotel standards and manufacturers’ guidelines
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction
- Prioritize your work according to management’s needs
- Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by team members and customers
- Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- A dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Pay Range$16.00 - 16.00 per hour
