Join Epic as a Senior In-House Litigation Attorney. This role is based in our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area, with full financial relocation assistance.

• Manage complex litigation and counseling across regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Handle and win multi‑million‑dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international legal frameworks.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Eye for detail, creative mind.
