RPMs work with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. As an RPM, you manage the renovation, control and communicate the budget, and spend a good deal of time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Construction project management experience is welcomed. If you have limited experience but meet all qualifications, we will invest in your training.
Role on the Team (Job Functions)- Meet operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and brand experience
- Confirm budget and work orders before project start
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations

Physical Requirements
The role requires working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, frequently using personal protective equipment. Candidates must be able to stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
