Primary Activities/Duties- Modify Rittal products to meet customer specifications.
- Perform First Article Inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct paint touch‑ups as needed.
- Understand and follow assembly instructions for Rittal products.
- Maintain accuracy of materials used and recorded.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in daily tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide modifications.
- Use inspection tools to verify product quality and specifications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Wear safety‑toed footwear.
- Safety glasses with side shields.
- Hearing protection.
- Additional personal protective equipment as required.
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
- Lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
- Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
- May involve working near moving mechanical parts and using solvents or lubricants.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or product modification is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and basic mechanical skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn software systems as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
