Comprehensive Home Health Solutions is looking for an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team for weekend home health visits. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated nurse who wants to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional, one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes. • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
• Conducted patient assessments and developed personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Flexible scheduling to fit your availability.

• Active RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum 1 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
• Home health or similar experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
