36 per week, full‑time night shift
- Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge and skill, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
- Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients, developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual needs.
- Consistently completes hourly rounds to strengthen nurse communication, improve safety, and anticipate patient needs (pain, repositioning, toileting).
- Supports and informs the patient and family of hospital‑specific components of the Patient Centered Care Delivery model, including medical record policy and open visitation.

- Current Nevada nursing license
- At least one year of critical care nursing experience
- Current BLS
- Current ACLS (or obtained within six months of hire)
