This Cath Lab Registered Nurse opportunity is full time (40 hours per week), offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. The candidate will provide direct patient care to adult patients, addressing psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the procedural/interventional environment. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with physicians and team members about patient condition, assessing the procedure room for equipment functionality, assisting in supply procurement, monitoring, positioning and assisting patients during procedures, and administering moderate sedation under physician guidance.
The role also participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
- Admit, recover and discharge patients from the Cardiovascular Lab.
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with other health team members, and adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan and provide age‑appropriate care.
- Interpret patient data to identify age‑specific needs and deliver required care.
- Perform head‑to‑toe assessments on all patients and conduct reassessments per policy, including post‑procedure evaluations.

Qualifications- Current Nevada nursing license
- Current BLS certificate
- ACLS certificate
- Experience in a Cath Lab (required)
- One year full‑time or three years part‑time experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
- Current POC certification within 6 months of hire
- Willingness to take call/standby in the Cardiovascular lab as needed
