This per‑diem night shift ICU nursing position provides safe and competent nursing care in a 124‑bed acute care hospital located at 2375

E. Prater Way, Sparks, Nevada. The role offers a convenient night shift schedule and relocation is available.

• Construct and implement patient care plans using nursing knowledge and skill.
• Coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients and develop goals, treatment, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
• Perform hourly rounds with a purposeful focus on safety, communication, and anticipating patient needs.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding the hospital’s Patient‑Centered Care Delivery model, including open medical record policy and family presence.

• Current Nevada nursing license.
• At least one year of critical care nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
