REGISTERED NURSE, Emergency Dept, Full Time Nights – $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other specialists as required, and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ability to perform a head‑to‑toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy (including pediatric, adolescent, geriatric, and general populations).
• Uses triage process to ensure timely and appropriate care to patients, accurately assigning triage categories.
• Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain, utilize appropriate pain management techniques, and educate patients and families regarding pain management.

• Current Nevada nursing license
• Current ACLS & BLS certification
• PALS certification (to be obtained within six months of employment)
• At least 2.5 years of ER experience required
