Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Our client, a leader in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager. This key role oversees the Quality and Sanitation departments, providing essential raw material, procedural, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor plant Quality and Sanitation teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SSOPs, Quality Agreements, and timely record review.
- Lead investigations and drive Corrective/Preventative Actions (CAPA).
- Successfully manage plant audits (GFSI/SQF/BRC).
- Minimum BS in a scientific discipline (MS desirable).
- 10+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a dairy setting.
- Expertise in FDA, USDA, HACCP, Organic, Halal, Kosher, and dairy lab testing.
