About the Role

ShareSTAFF is hiring Quality Inspectors for ongoing temp-to-hire assignments at a Warehouse in Sparks, NV. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and validating customer parts, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting rework and repacking processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and validate parts according to customer specifications and work instructions
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings and rework
• Identify and report any defects, nonconformities, or process issues
• Perform rework, repackaging, and labeling as required
• Support daily coordination and investigation of rejected materials
• Communicate inspection results to the supervisor and team
• Follow established SQDCM and 5S policies to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals while following all safety standards

What You Bring - Required

• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify visual or dimensional defects
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to stand for long periods (8 to 12 hours per shift)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required
