ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Master of Ordering: Manage weekly ordering for assigned product categories and/or stores, ensuring accuracy and meeting order deadlines, and timely delivery.
• Pricing Prowess: Maintain accurate cost and retail pricing information, optimizing profitability and customer value.
• Special Order Specialist: Assist stores with pricing special orders, they have placed.
• Inventory Guru: Monitor and adjust minimum/maximum inventory levels to meet purchasing needs and maintain optimal stock positions.
• Budget Boss: Participate in maintaining weekly records related to budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Purchase Order Perfectionist: Ensure purchase order accuracy and integrity, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Product Prodigy: Ensure accurate product entry and data management in our systems.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with the purchasing team on product entry/exit strategies and inactivation.
• Support Superstar: Provide support to stores during emergencies, including coverage as needed.
• Competitive Shopper: Conduct competitive shopping to analyze product offerings and pricing strategies.
