Position: Risk Manager I with Security Clearance

As a Risk Manager, you will support the business operation within a broad range of responsibilities. You will also support planning and tracking of program budgets and cost controls.

You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities. Additionally, you'll report to the Director of Insurance & Risk, fellow Risk Managers, Safety, and Corporate Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities. As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

* Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

* Typically, 6+ years of progressive risk management experience, which includes 0-2+ years of management experience.

* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

* Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance

* Professional certification(s) in risk or insurance such as CRM, ARM, CPCU, RIMS-CRMP

* Demonstrated knowledge of Risk Management processes with respect to coverage placement, contract review, insurance compliance, claims management, insurance recovery, and other facets related to protection of company assets

* The ability to independently and collaboratively drive strategy to address complex risks and Business stakeholder concerns Qualifications We Prefer:

* Knowledge of DoD and government, policies, standards, and procedures

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants.

Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
