• Provide customer service by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, using sound judgment and communication skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the assigned government location, including the building and perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Carry and maintain proficiency with assigned firearms and other equipment as required for armed posts.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter potential disruptions or security‑related concerns within the government environment.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as directed during incidents or emergencies.

• Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Armed Guard Card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
