About the Company
We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to join our team for our client in Reno, NV. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position. Shifts are available Swing and Overnights (4pm–12am, 12am–8am) and include weekends, but you will receive two consecutive days off each week. Shift selection is based on seniority, and promotions are earned through performance and merit.
About the RoleAs a Security Officer, you will be responsible for patrolling and monitoring facilities, controlling access points, maintaining incident logs, writing detailed reports, and responding to alarms or distress calls.

- Communicating with staff and customers
- Escorting tours and vendors
- Directing traffic to ensure safety and operational flow
- A valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or GED
- Background and drug test are required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask
- Solid understanding of policies and discipline
- At least three years of customer-facing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to create accurate reports
- Prior law enforcement or military experience
- Security experience
- Law enforcement dispatch experience
