The Technician 1 performs preventive maintenance and performs repairs on equipment, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime. The fleet typically includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and other heavy equipment.

• Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models, and equipment.
• Develop a career track in service or operational management.
• Work with an exceptional team in a safety‑focused environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of technical experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas).

• May need to provide own tools of trade.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other language) may be required based on location needs.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
