• Assist with installation of HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction.
• Ensure customers’ homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently.
• Submit job‑related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control.
• Complete work within the allocated time and adhere to Goettl’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance.

• EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bend, stoop, stand, crawl) for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and at least two years of satisfactory driving record.
• Must be over 19 years old.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening.
• Must pass a background check.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes some nights and weekends.
