Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds, ensuring public and private spaces meet all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. Your tasks will include scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords. You will also respond to maintenance requests from directors and residents, communicate with local fire marshal, building inspector, and other relevant jurisdictions, and perform general maintenance projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in maintenance work for residential or commercial properties, with knowledge of HVAC, elevators, fire safety systems, and general construction tools. Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and excellent communication with residents and local authorities are essential. Familiarity with safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe, well‑opposed environment are required.
