Day Shift

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional OT)

Pay Rate

DOE $20-$24 hourly

USA Parkway – must have reliable transportation

Cold Storage Warehouse

Must be comfortable with the cold environment; PPE provided

Background and Drug Test

Must be able to clear a Background and Drug Test

Position Overview and Purpose

This role will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating, and case picking product. The role may operate a pallet jack to accomplish some of the tasks above.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility
• Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders
• Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards
• Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation
• Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders
• Performing other duties as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
• Must possess a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream

Job Level Qualifications Warehouse Operator I

• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required

Warehouse Operator II

• 1-4 years of forklift experience required
• Understands the ability to move products in/out of a warehouse and can operate efficiently and safely

Warehouse Operator III

• 5 years or more years of forklift experience required
• Ability to operate a reach truck or high reach truck preferred but not required
