Day shift: M-F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional OT Pay Rate: DOE $20-$24 Weekly pay Location is in USA Parkway - must have reliable transportation Cold Storage Warehouse - must be comfortable with the cold environment PPE provided Must be able to clear a Background and Drug Test POSITION OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

This role will be responsible for loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and segregating, and case picking product. This role may operate a pallet jack to accomplish some of the tasks above.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Following proper handling procedure for products within the facility

Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders

Maintaining and working in a safe manner, in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards

Palletizing goods and materials to put on trucks for transportation.

Successfully completing assigned tasks through coordination and teamwork with fellow warehouse employees and leaders

Performing other duties as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High school graduate or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must be capable of learning and retaining the skills needed to work in a safe, productive manner.

Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.

Must possess have a solid work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills?

Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and change direction mid-stream.

JOB LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS Warehouse Operator I

Forklift experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Warehouse Operator II

1-4 years of forklift experience required.

Understands the ability to move products in/out of a warehouse and can operate efficiently and safely.

Warehouse Operator III

5 years or more years of forklift experience required.

Ability to operate a reach truck or high reach truck preferred but not required.
