Mechanical Insulation Supply Inc. in Sparks, NV is actively looking for a Warehouse Associate/Driver who will perform all functions pertaining to receiving and shipping which include verifying/recording the quantity and quality of all incoming/outgoing material and all related paperwork/documentation.

This position will also assist in delivering materials to job sites/customer offices when necessary and keeping the warehouse clean, neat and in safe working conditions at all times. This is a brand-new location and looking for someone with excellent customer service as a driver.

• Pulls, stages, and loads outgoing material orders.
• Prepare materials for third party shipping (palletizing and shrink wrapping).
• Loads and unloads trucks of products and materials.
• Verifies quality and quantity of all incoming materials.
• Ensures accurate inventory by verifying material counts.
• Follows all safety policies and protocols.
• Safely deliver material to job site or customer’s office.
• Safely operate forklift.

Qualifications:

• One year of experience in a production or warehouse environment, preferred.
• One-year verifiable experience driving a straight or box truck within the last 5 years, required.
• Ability to pass Driver Background Check and meet DOT regulations to receive and maintain a med card, required.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• As a condition of continued employment, employees working in a position requiring driving as an essential function of the job, are required to maintain a valid license, and an acceptable driving record as per our insurance provider’s requirements.
