Join Kuehne+Nagel as a National Expo and Events Logistics Expert. Support our international exhibitions team, manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events, ensure seamless coordination of shipments, budget control, and onsite project execution. The role offers global travel opportunities and the chance to work on high-profile projects.

• Provide comprehensive support for client portfolios, ensuring satisfaction and retention through tailored solutions and proactive engagement.
• Oversee multimodal logistics for event shipments, including air, sea, and land transportation, while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Manage onsite event operations, including infrastructure setup, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
• Plan and schedule shipments, liaise with internal teams and carriers, and ensure customs and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and monitor project progress.

• 3+ years in logistics or event coordination.
• Strong customer orientation, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic & international).
