Delivery Driver FedEx Ground

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Compensation: Starting $23.00-$26.00 /hour depending on Experience

We are an independent contractor for Fed Ex Ground, seeking dependable and safety-focused delivery drivers to join our team delivering in the Lake Tahoe region
. This role involves driving in mountain terrain
. While we provide training, prior experience driving in rough terrain or winter conditions is highly valued.

As a Fed Ex Ground driver, you will report to the Fed Ex terminal off the Mustang exit in Sparks, NV to load your vehicle, complete deliveries and pickups throughout your assigned route, and return your truck to the terminal at the end of the day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Safely operating a delivery vehicle in mountainous conditions

• Scanning, delivering, and picking up packages on schedule

• Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Providing superior customer service to every recipient

• 4 Days a Week (10 Hour Shifts)

We also offer flexible part time shifts for those looking to supplement their income.

• 1, 2, 3 Days a Week (10 Hour Shifts)

• Ability to pass a DOT physical, including drug screening

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 7 years, or major violations within the past 3 years; minor tickets/accidents acceptable)

• Clean criminal background (no major misdemeanors or felonies within the past 10 years)

• Valid regular driver’s license (Class
  
  C)

• Minimum age of 21

• Ability to reliably lift 150lbs.

Preferred but not required: Experience driving in snow, ice, or mountainous terrain
, and/or basic mechanical skills
