Job Overview
Warehouse Lead role s position is part of the Value Added Services team and plays a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations across all departments.
Responsibilities- Safely operate power material handling equipment to select, palletize, and stage warehouse equipment or supplies for all necessary functions.
- Assist with inventory supply and equipment management within the warehouse.
- Maintain a work schedule of 0600 – 1430 Monday through Friday, including required overtime.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience lifting, stacking, and pulling products off shelves, replenishing items from various heights weighing 10–35 pounds, and handling goods between 60 and 90 pounds.
- Capacity to work in multi‑temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
- Pass pre‑employment drug test.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with reach trucks, order pickers, dock stockers, and electric pallet jacks.
