Komatsu is seeking a professional, skilled individual for a Warehouse Associate at our Sparks, NV branch. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, loading/unloading, restocking, picking, staging parts and components, and maintaining the overall appearance while providing professional customer service to internal and external customers.

• Understand and follow work instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Pick and package parts and components from stock.
• Inspect incoming shipments and identify receiving discrepancies.
• Receive stock orders and ensure all items are stocked in assigned locations.
• Perform weekly cycle count and bin audits.
• Fulfill service orders, call orders, and intercompany transfers.
• Perform timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries.
• Assist customers and parts representatives as needed.
• Operate a forklift in a fast‑paced warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness of the shipping and receiving areas.
• Load and unload machinery parts and components.
• Work under different conditions: wet, humid, cold, or hot.
• Perform various warehouse functions and additional tasks as required.
• Wear proper PPE during shift.
• Adhere to company safety policies.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Forklift and warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Effective presentation skills in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Mathematical skills: compute basic math, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to solve problems involving multiple concrete variables.
• Computer skills & experience with database software, Internet software, manufacturing software, and order processing systems; CDK or SAP experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills: use intuition and experience to complement data.
• Problem‑solving skills: identify and resolve problems promptly.
• Customer service skills: respond promptly to customer needs.
