Warehouse Worker in Sparks, NV

Starting Pay Rate: $23.12 per hour
Plus $1.00/hour Shift Differential

Full‑Time Benefits!
Monday – Thursday Friday 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, overtime as needed.

We’re looking for a dependable and safety‑minded Warehouse Worker to join our architectural coatings distribution team at The Pittsburgh Paints Co. You’ll perform a variety of warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, shipping, and inventory management—all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow established procedures to safely unload various pallets, totes, drums, etc.
• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Receive and put away inventory following established processes.
• Follow all dock and safety procedures associated with entering trailers.
• Convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or other designated areas.
• Assist with training other employees.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 80 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklifts (stand‑up and sit‑down) and other equipment.
• Wearing protective gear including gloves, safety glasses, face shields, ear plugs, hard hats and other PPE as required.
• Capability of working in a non‑temperature‑controlled environment.
• Availability to work overtime and some Saturdays.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
