Kelly Services is now hiring Pick & Pack Warehouse Associates for an exciting opportunity in a cold storage warehouse environment. Enjoy competitive pay, weekly bonus opportunities, and a path to permanent employment.
? Compensation- Base Pay: $20.00/hour
- Attendance Bonus: Up to $80/week
- Quality Bonus: $40/week (current program)
- Referral Bonus: Up to $750
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Monday – Thursday
- 4:00 AM – 5:30:00 PM
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
This position is located in a temperature-controlled cold storage facility maintained at approximately 38°F.
The client provides: ? High-visibility safety vest
? Protective gloves for handling dry ice
Employees should:
- Dress in warm layers
- Wear insulated footwear
- Be comfortable standing for extended periods
Job Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare shipments in accordance with cold-chain requirements
- Safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy
- Apply shipping labels and documentation
- Meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Follow all company safety, food safety, and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Previous warehouse, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
