Warehouse Associate

We're hiring Warehouse Associates to support a large-scale data center operation in Sparks, NV. If you have experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, forklift operation, or logistics, this is a great opportunity to join a stable team with long-term career growth potential.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of servers and technology equipment

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel

• Load and unload materials while ensuring product accuracy and quality

• Process spare parts, returns, and inventory movements

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Follow safety procedures and warehouse best practices

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

• Work closely with team members to meet shipping and inventory deadlines

• Previous warehouse, shipping & receiving, logistics, or inventory experience

• Experience with inventory management and cycle counting

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

• Forklift experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sparks, NV.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
