The role leads the Processing and Mogul manufacturing area, overseeing daily production from Kitchen through Shakeout and coordinating across functions to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.
You will establish daily expectations, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective resource use while maintaining strong on-floor leadership and prompt escalation
