Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Night Shift)
Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide direct, resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment while supporting overall clinical outcomes and quality of life for residents.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister prescribed medications via oral, topical, and subcutaneous routes in accordance with clinical guidelines
Perform routine nursing procedures such as sterile dressing changes, catheter care, and specimen collection
Monitor and record vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
Identify and promptly report significant changes in patient status to the supervising RN or physician
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
Support individualized care planning through communication with the interdisciplinary team
Provide resident and family education related to treatment plans, recovery, and chronic condition management
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being at all times
Active LPN license in good standing in the state of North Carolina
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Strong clinical observation, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment

Competitive hourly rate: $32 – $38/hour
