ABOUT THE JOB

You were born to be the boss. We know. You get up in the morning and you make sure everyone else in the house is doing what they need to do. Then you go to work and you make sure that everyone there is doing what they need to do, even your boss. You just do that because you've always done it.

Well maybe it's time you moved up. You want to be the boss? Well now's your chance - Domino's Pizza is hiring bosses - more specifically shift managers. It's a tough job, one that needs a natural like you. Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math and the ability to multitask.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate delivery routes and deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area, sometimes navigating multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

• Standing for most of the shift, walking on various surfaces, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders.
• Perform eye‑hand coordination tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, and assembling boxes.
• Operate under varying temperature conditions, from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F and above in some work areas.

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Insured vehicle available for delivery.
• Ability to administer correct monetary change quickly and accurately.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control processes.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• 0‑2 years of work experience, preferably in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong leadership potential and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Excellent and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
