Merchandising Sales Associate

This position involves traveling within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance, while providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and flexible work hours.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Perform visual merchandise standards, measurements, and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience and provide peak coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; shifts vary from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe environment.

Physical Requirements

• Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds; operate store equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
