Instructor Operator – Phoenix Defense, LLC

• Provide training services at the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), instructing a mixed population of soldiers in both classroom and field environments.
• Utilize approved simulation scenarios, moulage techniques, environmental controls, and special effects to create realistic medical emergencies for trainees.
• Assess students’ critical‑thinking and psychomotor skills by observing performance under high‑fidelity situations.
• Demonstrate and test skills in all areas of 68W Sustainment, EMT, NREMT, Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP), and CLS courses.
• Prepare training equipment, manage consumable items (skins, synthetic blood, etc.), and perform daily Preventive Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) on all equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information, work independently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

• Comfortable instructing a mixed population of soldiers with class sizes not exceeding the instructor‑to‑student ratios set by AMEDDC&S.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to train and educate students and employees on technical material.
• Proficient with company products, able to keep inventory of consumables, and perform daily PMCS on equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding student/employee information.
• Meet all instructor qualifications for the courses you instruct.
