Consumer Loan Officer

1st CCU is seeking applicants for a Consumer Loan Officer position to work in our Sparta Office. This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. As a CLO I, you will play an essential role in assisting our members with their financial needs and supporting the continued success of our organization. This role is responsible for conducting loan interviews and gathering necessary documentation, processing loan applications, communicating loan decisions with applicants and providing next steps, and ensuring members receive the financial solutions best suited to their needs.

In addition, you will be analyzing loan applicants' financial situations, cross-selling credit union products and services to enhance the member well-being. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals and who excels in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
