Overview
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week. New Grads are Welcome!
Responsibilities- As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.
- Physical Therapy license in state of employment
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Low-cost health insurance (Health Insurance options starting at $15.14 per pay period for Employee Only)
- 401(k)
- Generous PTO. Accrual begins immediately with 168 Hours allowed for 1st year.
- Licensure reimbursement
