Biomedical Technician Instructor
Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Biomedical Technician Instructor/Trainer (I/T) to provide hands‑on instruction and training for military medical equipment and systems.

Responsibilities- Perform routine scheduled and unscheduled services on a variety of military medical material equipment.
- Train students in the use of TMDE and service procedures on medical equipment found in military Medical Material Sets and Dental Equipment Sets.
- Set‑up and recover medical equipment in classroom and field environments.
- Serve as the primary instructor on 2D/3D computer design software (e.g., Auto Dise) as it pertains to biomedical set‑up planning, equipment and 3D component printing.
- Provide cross‑training to staff on the proper use of medical equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Mastery level knowledge in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with common Microsoft Windows operating systems and knowledge of current automated Medical Maintenance Systems used by the Army.
- Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in bio‑medical equipment maintenance or equivalent, or 5 years of experience in bio‑medical equipment maintenance within the past 10 years.
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a medical equipment repairer.
- Experience with DEPMEDS and field medical unit equipment desirable.
- Experience with ARs/publications that specify medical equipment maintenance standards a plus.
- Completion of the DoD Biomedical Equipment Repair (U.S. Army MOS 68A) course, or equivalent military or civilian training.
- Military trained personnel who perform maintenance services and repairs of all medical equipment are called Medical Equipment Repairers.
- Computer literate and capable of learning the GCSS‑Army system authorized for use by the site.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Forklift certified or certified within 180 days of hire.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
