- Provide routine wellness exams and diagnoses.

- Mentor technical support staff.
- Build rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and communication.
- Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
- Licensed in Wisconsin or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
- Strong medical knowledge and surgical skills, especially in soft tissue surgery.
- Exemplary professionalism and communication with team members and clients.
- Strong decision‑making and time‑management skills.
