Morganside Veterinary Clinic is a small‑animal general practice dedicated to continued education, professional growth, and collaboration for every team member—from veterinarians and veterinary techs to groomers and administrative staff.

Located in Sparta, WI, halfway between Eau Claire and La Crosse and only 1.5 hours from Madison, Morganside offers a 4‑day work week with no weekend or major holiday commitments. The clinic provides excellent mentorship for new graduates, a highly skilled technical support team, and a culture that emphasizes work‑life balance.

Who We’re Looking For
  • A devoted, skilled full‑time veterinarian with a passion for high‑quality patient care and calming visits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine wellness exams and diagnoses.
  • Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental work, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics.
  • Administer accurately monitor controlled substances.
  • Maintain and complete patient records.
  • Mentor technical support staff.
  • Build rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and communication.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
  • Licensed in Wisconsin or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Strong medical knowledge and surgical skills, especially in soft tissue surgery.
  • Exemplary professionalism and communication with team members and clients.
  • Strong decision‑making and time‑management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
