Located in Sparta, WI, halfway between Eau Claire and La Crosse and only 1.5 hours from Madison, Morganside offers a 4‑day work week with no weekend or major holiday commitments. • Provide routine wellness exams and diagnoses.
• Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, dental work, soft tissue surgery, and diagnostics.
• Administer accurately monitor controlled substances.
• Maintain and complete patient records.
• Mentor technical support staff.
• Build rapport with clients, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and communication.

• Graduate of an AVMA‑accredited Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.
• Licensed in Wisconsin or eligible to obtain licensure prior to start.
• Strong medical knowledge and surgical skills, especially in soft tissue surgery.
• Exemplary professionalism and communication with team members and clients.
• Strong decision‑making and time‑management skills.
