$16.50/hr - $22.66/hr

This position is responsible for the day to day input, processing and analysis of accounting information.

• Data entry into specific accounting systems based on department.
• Research and respond to inquiries from internal and or external customers.
• Responsible for the unclaimed property process by monitoring outstanding checks or credits, researching and resolving items in coordination with Accounts Payable Supervisor, preparing supporting documentation, and helping with timely state filings.
• Assist with 1099 process and associated statutory reporting.
• Process checks for internal and or external customers.
• Process and distribute reports to internal and or external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
• 1 to 3 years accounting experience within the specific departmental function.

• Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Ability to work within established deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, as well as a strong team member.
