RoleAs a Project Administrative Assistant on our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina
, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You’ll be accountable for coordination of project deliverables, processing invoices, scheduling meetings, and calendar maintenance. You’ll also support the team by maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, and PowerPoint presentations. Your strong organizational skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels—both orally and in writing—will help us meet our client's objectives.

Responsibilities• Support project deliverables documentation and tracking
• Process invoices and assist with financial administration
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
• Maintain and update project databases and prepare periodic reports
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other client-ready materials
- An associate degree in business administration or relevant experience
- At least 8-10 years of administrative experience
- Advanced level computer skills in MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams - Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work with internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
- Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing) preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced setting
- Experience greeting and checking in a large number of personnel at a welcome center/front desk
- Experience checking in and reviewing documentation for personnel into orientation classes/training

The base salary range for this position is $42,800.00 to $56,100.00; pay will be hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
OtherOnsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
