Assists with maintenance and monitoring of school data collection, including paperwork and files related to special education, student records, enrollment, report cards, budgets, personnel and student assessments. Updates requisite databases efficiently, including Powerschool. Provides reports as requested based on data from various sources. Maintains organizational system for school forms, including paperwork related to permissions. Monitors school employee timecards and monitors leave requests, arranging for staff coverage as appropriate.
Field staff questions and directs staff to appropriate resources or personnel for additional clarification. Collects mail, answers incoming calls to the school, and responds to written communication in a timely manner. Prepares agendas and sign‑in sheets for meetings and types meeting minutes as required. Completes and posts the Daily Report.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent with a mimimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or an Associate's Degree in Administrative Office Technology or similar field. A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for the related work experience. This position may require communication modalities dependent on employment placement.
