• Maintain the facilities and equipment to produce high-quality service.
• Drive, detail, and clean vehicles—including washing exteriors, waxing, buffing, interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and engine compartment cleaning.
• Use air compressors, cloths, and chemicals to apply preservation treatments and protect surfaces.
• Provide quick, courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management to meet operational needs.
• Work with and move numerous vehicles during the course of the working day.
• Follow safety standards and use OSHA-approved cleaners and waxes.

• Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and maneuvering into/out of vehicles.
• Completion of work outdoors and in varying climate conditions.
• Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Constant oral communication and reception of detailed information.
• Requirement for vision and hearing clarity, and ability to spot minor imperfections.
• Strict adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Flat rate per vehicle/detail.

• A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Quick learner and strong team player.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with great care and respect.
• Punctuality and commitment to stay on task during the shift.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed.
