- Develop and execute a multi‑year Strategy Roadmap aligned with corporate cost, innovation, and sustainability objectives.
- Act as the primary owner of PPV performance, driving corrective and preventive actions across the value chain.
- Own the total financial performance of your function and lead cross‑functional mitigation and savings initiatives.
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding to ensure a high‑performing, strategic supplier base.
- Drive vendor consolidation to reduce complexity, improve leverage, and strengthen key relationships.
- Establish supplier scorecards and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
- Monitor commodity markets, supplier economics, and global trade trends to anticipate cost and supply risks.
- Lead tariff and cost exposure analysis, partnering with Finance, Operations, and Legal to implement proactive mitigation and structural cost‑reduction strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and maintain robust supply continuity plans (dual sourcing, safety stock).
- Co‑lead high‑stakes contract negotiations in partnership with Ralliant and develop agreements that secure cost, service, and quality advantages.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure contracts meet corporate and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to drive design‑to‑cost, PPV alignment, and supplier optimization projects that deliver measurable value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of strategic category or commodity management experience (manufacturing, industrial, or electronics components).
- Proven track record leading cross‑functional cost‑reduction and supplier optimization initiatives.
- Experience negotiating multi‑million‑dollar contracts and achieving ≥5% annual savings.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spend analytics and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Leadership & Influence:
Able to drive cross‑functional alignment and influence at senior levels. - Certification: CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent procurement certification preferred.
- Communication:
Strong executive presentation and negotiation skills. - Risk Management:
Skilled in supply chain risk frameworks and business continuity planning.
Primarily office‑based; up to 25% travel for supplier visits, conferences, and audits.
