Job Requirements

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System located in Spartanburg, SC is seeking to hire OB Hospitalists to join a new and growing program. The OB Hospitalist will provide emergency/unassigned/OBED, call coverage and assist with the management of private OBGYN deliveries and GYN emergencies. Private OBGYN will oversee their own post-op patients. New residents are welcome to apply.

Highlights of the opportunity include:

• Busy 14 bed L&D with over 3500 deliveries a year and 12,000 OBED encounters
• New OBGYN residency program starting 2025; will supervise residents
• Attend all deliveries, floor and cover 6 bed OB ED – 2 physicians in house per night
• 12 (7p-7a) and 24 hour shifts available
• In-house anesthesia coverage, Level III NICU with 24 hour coverage and MFM available
• Compensation package including: $6000 CME allowance
