You will lead Lean and continuous improvement activities, facilitate Last Planner System, train staff and trade partners, and collaborate with project teams across design, procurement, construction, and CQV phases to maximize value and minimize waste.
Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering or construction management, 5+ years in design/construction, and strong Lean/5S knowledge.
