Keurig Dr Pepper in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Winter 2027 Process Engineering Co‑op to gain hands-on experience with the coffee production process by working with a multidisciplinary team to address manufacturing challenges and drive process optimization initiatives.
The program runs January 4 through May 21, 2027, is full-time and on-site, and includes mentorship, project ownership, and opportunities to present results to senior leaders.
