Stage Manager

The Theatre Stage Manager will work Monday-Thursday evenings, 5:45-9:30 pm, and some weekends.

• Assist the theatre director (Dr. Kate Roark) during rehearsals.
• Call light and sound cues during performances.
• Ensure the theatre space is clean and ready for rehearsal, including sweeping the stage before and sometimes after rehearsal.
• Take down detailed notes about blocking decisions and keep "on book" records of lines for actors.
• Track conflicts actors have with rehearsal times and maintain records of on‑time/late arrival.
• Maintain good communication with Dr. Roark and the cast regarding conflicts and issues that may disrupt scheduled rehearsals or work times.

Experience in theatre production or stage management is preferred.
