This is a serious finance leadership role.

You will be the US finance lead. The technical authority. The commercial partner. Reporting directly to the UK based Group CFO and working day to day with the US CEO and Senior Leadership Team, you will own the full finance agenda across the region.

This is not a back office role. This is a visible, hands on, high influence position where finance genuinely shapes outcomes.

• Lead the entire US finance function end to end
• Full ownership of project accounting
  , milestones, margins, cash and long term contracts
• Own revenue recognition
  , cost tracking and margin analysis in a project heavy environment
• Lead monthly, quarterly and year end close with strong US GAAP reporting
• Own US financial reporting, controls, compliance and governance
• Drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and commercial insight
• Business partner the US CEO and SLT on strategy, performance and key decisions
• Manage, develop and scale a team of 5 to 6 finance professionals
• Own cashflow, working capital, treasury and banking relationships
• Lead audit, tax and compliance across all US entities
• Improve systems, processes and reporting to support continued growth
• Work closely with the Group CFO on global reporting, PE requirements and performance reviews

• CPA or equivalent qualified accountant
• Strong technical grounding in US GAAP
• Experience in PE backed
  , contract based or project led businesses
• Deep understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition
• Commercial, pragmatic and confident operating at both detail and board level
• Proven leader who enjoys building and developing teams
• Hands on, proactive and comfortable owning the full finance remit
• Happy being office based in Spartanburg and visible across the business
