Non-Certified Histotechnician
Veterans in Healthcare is looking for a Non‑Certified Histotechnician to work in our Spartanburg, South Carolina lab. The position is full‑time and scheduled from 11:30 pm to 8:00 am (Night Shift). A sign‑on bonus of $10,000 and relocation assistance are offered.

Responsibilities- Prepare slides for various body tissues following surgery or autopsy for study by pathologists.
- Assist with problem solving, procedure development, and regulatory readiness.
- Perform special staining techniques as required.
- Provide clear communication and support to patients, families, and visitors across all age groups.
- Understand and comply with the code of conduct and department policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Associate degree in a science discipline with at least one year of laboratory experience, or one year working in histopathology.
- Bachelor of Science Degree preferred.
- Experience in histopathology; eligible to sit for HT/HTL ASCP certification.
- License/registration and certification in ASCP MLT/MT Core preferred.
- 2 years of working histopathology experience preferred.
