Live Long Well Care, LLC - In-Home Care is accepting applications for Full Time and Part Time CNA/Caregiver/Home Health Aides/Companions to provide personal care and companionship for seniors. Day & Night positions are available, including weekends. A CNA certification is not required but can be a plus and is paid a premium. Must be able to work some weekends. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Services will be provided to various addresses/clients within a 30-mile radius of the branch address. Must have an up-to-date smartphone for the electronic viewing and capture of Time and Attendance, Care Tasks, and Communication.
Compensation
This range is provided by Live Long Well Care, LLC - In-Home Care. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$13.33/hr - $14.41/hr

Position Summary
This position reports to the Client Services Manager (CSM) and/or designated supervisor in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements. This position is synonymous with the positions of Companion, Housekeeper, Homemaker, and Chore Worker.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable of, interpret, and support the philosophy, purpose, mission, goals, policies, and standards of the organization.
- Represent the company in a positive manner; foster respect and courtesy for clients and coworkers; promote safety and well-being of clients and employees.
- Provide general assistance and care to patients/clients in accordance with the non-personal care plan.
- Plan meals, purchase food and household supplies, and prepare and serve nutritious meals per the non-personal care plan.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the patient/client and family.
- Perform housekeeping activities (washing dishes, kitchen cleanup, laundry, bedding) per the non-personal care plan.
- Provide companionship as required.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Transport patients/clients as directed by the supervisor.
- Document services accurately and timely in accordance with agency policy.
- Report changes in client needs, condition, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and coworkers; participate in case conferences as appropriate.
- Maintain and enhance skills through staff development programs.
- Appear professional and comply with agency dress code; fulfill assignments reliably and punctually.
- Assist supervisor by providing feedback to update the non-personal care plan.
Professional Conduct & Development
- Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities; communicate findings to support data-driven improvements.
- Attend and participate in internal staff development programs; pursue continuing education as required.
- Maintain and enhance clinical practice skills; protect confidentiality of patient and agency information.
- Perform other duties as assigned; comply with risk management, safety, infection control, TB screening, security, and fire requirements.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Be punctual and prepared to work; adhere to dress code and record work accurately.
- Report sickness or absence according to policy; schedule time off with supervisory approval.
- Adapt schedules to meet agency needs; respond professionally to internal and external customers.
